I have known Cris for the better part of my entire life, going back to elementary school. Cris has demonstrated over the years and incredible consistency of character and discipline, someone who actually always delivers-upon what he says he is going to do. He is a deep strategic thinker, but someone who can convert complex problems into language that is clear, concise and actionable.
