I have actually worked with Cris twice over the years. Cris built a team of in-house and contractor developers that took an extremely manual customer on-boarding process and reduced it from 12 weeks to 2. Cris’ leadership, collaborative work style and technical acumen were key to this success.
Cris not only posses technical acumen but at the same time understands business process and its best practices, which makes him a perfect person to carry projects of any magnitude. His skill to view any issue whether business or technical from a 360 degree angle as well as his leadership skill helps any project move ahead smoothly without delay.
Cris is a fantastic person, who is able to find the balance between the ‘user’ and I.T system worlds. Cris inherited a difficult engagement with a very demanding client. He quickly established a strong rapport and gained the clients trust through his consummate professionalism.
Although he was introduced into the project team at a late date, Cris was able to balance the desires of the client while still establishing a solid working relationship with the existing project team, including the other project managers and team leads.
